NJ Business Office Computers Being Attacked by Viruses & Spyware
Whether you are a small business in NJ or a large New Jersey Corporation; the team at the JMOR Connection will help to stop your annoying computer attacks. Many of you might be asking what is a computer attack; for simplistic terms let's say that it is anytime your NJ business office computer is being:
- controlled by another user in NJ or any other state without your knowledge
- A utility or program that loads and either prevents you from doing your diligent NJ Business Work
- A tiny application you may have downloaded inadvertently from the web which is now capturing your personal information and sending to some unscrupulous person who does not have your best interest in mine.
- Some attacks are viruses which will do anything from prompt a message to format your entire hard drive all with or without your knowledge while you are sitting in your NJ office trying to conduct work at your computer.
A computer attack can be as innocent as a program that just pops up annoying NJ advertisements or out of state offer windows on your NJ office computer that you have to close.
The are two basic types of attacks you will face with your business computer whether in the state of NJ or outside it.
Spyware: This is an application that may be bundled with some freeware you download, and silently installs itself while it also installs the free utility you think you are only getting. Spyware Will slow your NJ business computer down and sometime block you from going to websites you want to. For example when some spyware is installed you will be very frustrated as you won't be able to go-to any scanner sites to check or remove it.
If this still sounds little perplexing allow me to give you an analogy:
Let's suppose you are at a meeting and your job is to listen to everyone, take notes and then make comments based on your reports. First it all starts off very easy; one person speaks, you take the notes, comment etc. Then you notice two people start speaking almost at the same time; it is more difficult to understand but with a little of your NJ Business effort you trudge on and get the task done. Now you have to listen to 3 three people who seem to speak within seconds of each other's sentences, now its gets to 5, 6, 8,10, . Wow; its getting crazy I thought we were talking about finding a way to save money; not what kind of vending machine do we need to put in the cafeteria.
Well; what happened here is; you only have two ears and you really only can listen to one person diligently at the same time. Your computer is a little different in that it can handle many more tasks simultaneously, but there is a limit, just like with humans. Imagine now that your office computer is opening 30, 50 ,100 or more ie or FireFox windows all without you seeing it; in essence it creates tunnels to the Internet and it is this that slows down your computer since the pipe can't handle all this and this is what is causing the intense delay.
Virus: Most viruses are most more damaging then the average spyware; in that Viruses are designed to destroy your NJ Business Computer and or NJ Computer Data. A Virus may
